Return & Refund Policy
Once you place an order, you are eligible for a 30 day return. The 30 days start when the product arrives at your door. If you are unhappy with the item for any reason, or just change your mind, please contact us (info@torontocellular.ca) and will provide a free return label. The product has to be in the same condition as it was shipped to be eligible. Please follow these steps to start your return.
Step 1 – Please contact info@torontocellular.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 – You will receive in email from us within 24 hours with a free return label and instruction.
Step 3 – Package your item and drop it off at a local post office.
Step 4 – Depending on where you are located it may take up to 10 business days for the item to return to us. Please follow the tracking number on your label for track the item. Once the unit is received, please allow 1-2 business days for us to inspect the item to make sure there is no physical or water damage. If everything looks good, we will send you an email with confirmation of the refund to the original payment method. You might have to wait up to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank/credit card statement.
