Warranty

All our phones are come with a 1 year limited warranty. You can purchase with confidence knowing that if anything goes wrong with your phone you will be eligible for a free repair or exchange.

If you are having an issue with your phone, please contact us at info@torontocellular.ca, include your order number and the issue with your phone. If it cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with a free shipping label to return the phone to us. Once the phone has been returned to us, please allow up to 5 business days to have the phone repaired and shipped out. Full instructions will be given one we received your initial email. If for some reason the phone cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement phone instead.

This is a functional warranty only. Meaning if the phone has sustained any physical or water damage, your warranty will be void. However, in most cases we can still provide you with repair options for a discounted fee.
